Buckshot Betty's

We rode the wonderful Banks-Vernonia rail-trail to Vernonia and wanted some food and drink before heading back. We just HAD to check out a pub with a name like "Buckshot Betty's"... We locked our bikes to a picnic table across the alley from the pub and headed in. The door handle is a shotgun 😀 The atmosphere was pub-like with several seating choices, including a nice bar. Good pub food and drink choices - we both enjoyed our veggie burgers, done up to our liking, mine with bleu cheese and an onion ring side. My wife had a vodka lemonade concoction and I had an excellent IPA. Service was friendly and swift. Mens bathroom was clean and has an interesting urinal.... I even added a T-shirt to my order 😄

Went on a Sunday afternoon before rush hour.. was super cozy and the burgers were delicious. They had unique specials, and the staff was very kind and attentive. All around a great spot to grab a beer, watch a game, and grab a bite to eat. Will be back!

Very good food, drinks and service. I always get the wings and the cider on tap! The atmosphere is nice, not too loud and not too quiet, and almost always there's a seat for us!

Went on a motorcycle ride and stopped by here for a break and a refresher. Didn't try the food but menu looked great with reasonable prices! I thought the urinal in the men's restroom was cool lol!

Great stop on a hot day. Our first time in but definitely not our last. We had a few rounds and some fries and watched awesome looking sammies and burgers leave the kitchen. The staff was prompt and professional and the locals friendly as we cooled down in the AC. We stopped in the afternoon and while busy there were still options for seating at the bar or at a table. Can't wait to come back and have one of those club sammies and a few more drinks.
