Legit Texas barbecue. We’re bbq snobs, so we rarely give 5 stars for bbq joints, but we loved everything about Buckin’ Grizz. Incredibly good prime brisket and beef ribs, and the staff was super friendly. You can check their menu via their Facebook posts, and they close at sellout. We’ll be back!

Hands down some of the best brisket I’ve EVER had. And I came from Austin, have also lived in CA and NY. This is AMAZING.

Matt is a long time friend of my husband Clayton we were so excited to be able to have them as our caterer for our Rehearsal Dinner! We’ve had alot of great barbecue but this was hands down the best! My husband and I have been looking for a Bar-B-Q place that matches up to the Church in Huntsville, Texas. We finally did. The Buckin' Grizz Barbecue is the best Bar-B-Q place. They are very through in cooking the Bar-B-Q correctly. I would highly recommend this place over any other place. Thank you Buckin Grizz Barbecue for taking pride in the way you cook your food.
