Bucatino Restaurant and Wine Bar

The overall experience was nice. The restaurant had a great bar and dining areas. The service was great the food was just lacking in technique. I got the calamari and the seafood pasta. The swordfish in the pasta was great and the flavor of the sauce was fantastic. The calamari needed another minute in the fryer or some hotter oil. Probably the oil as the tempura was gummy and kept falling off. The tagliatelle in the seafood had a really unpleasant gummy texture and the rest of the seafood in the pasta was overcooked.

Delicious food with excellent service! Our server Dana was professional and very sweet, checking in on us just the right amount of times. Got the bucatini with ground meat, one of the best pasta dishes I've had in my life. Flavor of the different meats in the ragu was so authentic and bursts in your mouth with every bite. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Also got the meatball app (also great) and the Caesar salad (had too much dressing, but was still very good). Drinks are pretty good, but still give it a 5 across the board due to the outstanding food and service. The ambiance is very welcoming, great for all occasions. Eat here!

Amazing food from start to finish! Bucatini was absolutely delicious . We started with the warm bread rolls served with a garlic dip that was the best I’ve ever tasted. The fried mozzarella was crispy and flavorful, and the wedge salad was crisp, fresh, and topped with a delicious dressing. The fresh fettuccini pasta with scallops in sauce truly outstanding . I can’t wait to return and enjoy another fantastic meal! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Italian cuisine and a cozy atmosphere.

We stopped in and were seated in the dining room right next to the double door kitchen entry. I Politely asked to be moved away from the double door kitchen traffic (4’-5’ away), our greeter looked put out and begrudgingly acted on my request to be moved…. She then moved us right next to the single kitchen busboy/dishwashing single door 3’ away…with about 15 empty tables that would have fit the bill and made our night. The demeanor left us feeling dismissed. Felt like I was in a Mr Magoo cartoon… we left and had a great time a a different restaurant.

Today we visited this pleasant restaurant. We didn’t expect it to be so tasty! Excellent recommendations! I definitely want to go back there again!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
