Bubbakoo's Burritos

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS‼️ They can’t know what they’re doing here. The attention to detail, quality, and service have declined. First, it took at least 7 mins just to get someone to even approach the register so I could ask for my pick up order. I’m convinced it was only because another 2 people entered to stand in line. No greetings or anything. The burrito looked like it was rushed and no care was given. That’s the first red flag. Then I only ordered shrimp in the burrito because I don’t eat meat. To my unfortunate surprise, I have steak all throughout my burrito. So what do I eat for dinner tonight? Waste of money and I have pictures of the torture. You all making food need to make sure the quality is there. Or maybe it’s my dumb fault for trusting that

Phenomenal food. I'd say much better than other certain food establishments in the area who have the same general principal of service. Good service very flexible when ordering. Not really a place to sit in and eat kind of empty feel. But amazing food none the less.

This restaurant was amazing for me, being a Black Man. That is unfamiliar with the different foods and culture of the Mexican community. The host and the waiter was very informational. As they gave me in depth explanation of foods. And the history of the Mexican foods. The waiter gave me samples of foods before I ordered. There was all walks of life here (Young, Old, Black, White, Hispanic and Asian). And everybody was enjoying themselves. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Who wants to try something new.

The ambiance was clean and inviting, creating a comfortable dining environment. Meals were served promptly and met excellent standards of taste and presentation. This restaurant is worthy of repeat visits.

The food is fine but the customer service was horrible. I had to repeat my ingredients multiple time. Every staff member had earbuds in an ear. They canceled a coupon for my friend's order. Then they started complaining in Spanish about me and my friends order.
