Bubbakoo's Burritos

Unless you like fist-sized burritos, go to a different location. These people just don’t care what they’re making. Restaurant was empty yet they were all standing together on the line and this is the “creation” I got. *2 week update*: After they replied to my comment (the day after I wrote it) asking for more information, I emailed them my response, I have yet to get any correspondence back - not even that they received my "complaint" email. Overall, this company just makes the appearance of caring but doesn't actually do anything for it's customers. I will probably not be returning to ANY of their so-called restaurants after how I have seen first-hand how they handle complaints.

I ordered online pickup and got a BOGO entree deal, and the supreme queso and chips for a total of $29. For Bubbakoo’s that’s a really good price. I usually pay $37 for 2 burritos with no extras! Food was ready when I got there and the employees made sure I got my order and anything else I needed on my way out. Best experience I’ve had at a dining establishment in a long time

Always great food. Workers seemed a little overwhelmed but handled order perfectly. No complaints, very happy with everything

Food is good but service really needs to be worked on. My boyfriend is the one who places the order and a majority of the time its only my food thats made incorrectly. I get a quesadilla and everytime we order I make it bold in the instructions to put the sauce ONLY on the side because i dont like it in the quesadilla but still its put in the quesadilla. and when i ask for two sides of sour cream i only get one..I understand if you missed the instructions but i dont think its right to serve someone something they didnt order or not fix mistakes.

Absolutely love this place and there food, way better than Chipotle, only thing I gotta say is I went at 10 am when it said open on the website and it was closed and said they open at 11 smh
