Would be 5 stars, but the atmosphere needs work. Place seemed a little crowded and messy. Best brisket I've had in years! Counter service guy was very kind and personable. Their bbq sauce is tomato based and yummy. Not spicy. I'm excited to come again sometime. Kid friendly: 2/5 they don't have a kids menu, bathroom accommodations, or special dinnerware. But they do have high chairs available. And the people were playful with my toddler. Accessibility ♿️: 1/5 would be impossible to navigate with a wheel chair,but the people were so nice I have it a 1 because I think they would have carried the chair in if you asked. This is a fantastic restaurant! I’ve visited twice for FFA events, and each time the experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. Every time I travel to Beloit, this place is a must-stop for me. The FFA members also loved it and looked forward to coming back every time. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive. I can’t recommend this place enough!

My wife and I were passing through the area and looking for something to eat and this place had a five star rating so we definitely want to get to it. Don’t be surprised if you pull up and it looks closed because more than likely it’s not. We came inside, and Was pleasantly surprised by the owner that does his own barbecue. Definitely a great little barbecue shop.

Awesome food! I had the pulled pork and baked beans. Outstanding! No gristle and the homemade BBQ sauce was so good. My boys had the spaghetti special and they loved it. I did as well. Small place with old school seating arrangements. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in this part of Kansas again.

I had the bbq pulled pork the 1st time. Bbq brisket the 2nd time. Both were excellent. I also had bubbas homemade potato salad, which is the best I've tasted. Both times I bought extra potato salad to take home with me. 👍
