Bryson’s BBQ

Staying in Commerce near the interstate and not many good, non-chain restaurants, so I decided to expand my search radius and found this cute little BBQ joint in Maysville. I was greeted with a friendly smile and waited just a couple of minutes while a couple was being served. While I was waiting, I spoke with the owner who is a veteran....super friendly. It is very nice inside with lots of character. Simple, but well represented menu. I ordered pulled pork (sandwich), which is my M.O. when trying a new BBQ place. I also ordered the slaw and pecan cornbread. The pulled pork was excellent and has to be in the top three 'Q places I've tried (Salt Lick- Austin, TX. Peddling Pig- Boone, NC. Everything was amazing! Pulled pork was so tender. Was the best coleslaw I've ever had. BBQ Sauce was so delicious. Will return there every time I travel to the area.

They catered a going away party for a special event for our family and friends. The food was Amazing! They went above and beyond, we couldn't have asked for better service.. Will definitely be using them for more of our events! Can't beat the prices anywhere for all the food we ordered.. 🧑‍🍳👨‍🍳

Love eating here! Always friendly, amazing food and to-die-for White Cheddar Mac-N Cheese. Definitely recommend. 😁

I’m pretty picky when it comes to BBQ, and this place was the most amazing BBQ I’ve ever had! It was very flavorful even without the sauce and not overly greasy like some places. Their Brunswick stew was also phenomenal and very flavorful, and we loved their peanut butter cake, as well.
