Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Every other time I go here they can't here me. I think it the headset or speaker. Drove away went to Mitchels. When Falls opens for the season I'll be there. Too bad since I go other locations of there's much better. North olmsted do better! Most of my orders in the past were wrong. I thought I'd give you one for chance I guess I was wrong.

Their ice cream is delicious! We went there and had their vegan chocolate raspberry truffle, and it was so good, you can't even tell the difference. Nice and creamy, with generous portions.

Wow! We’ve driven past this ice cream shop many times but haven’t tried them out. Such a great shop. They are dog friendly and offer doggy Sundays for your K9 friends. They had a wide variety of ice creams and Sundays. Flavors seemed to rotate on a weekly basis. I want to come back and try the different ice cream cakes and pies. So many different options to customize your tasty treat. The only gripe is that some of the chairs seemed super flimsy. But other than that I plan on coming back during the summer to enjoy come frozen snacks. Keep up the good work.

My partner and I came here for a milkshake and a blast. I got a campfire s'mores milkshake, which clearly wasn't a milkshake, because I'm pretty positive all those standing chocolate pieces at the bottom are supposed to have been blended into it. I couldn't even get my straw to go to the bottom, nor did they put any whip cream on top. As for the blast, my partner received it melted, and this was a drive thru order, not a pickup. Terrible experience. Go to Handel's in Rocky river, at least they'll make your items properly.

So glad they have the no sugar added ice creams. It’s great for me during my modified keto and low carb days! We got the caramel swirl and chocolate fudge ripple. They were both really delicious. But, my favorite is the strawberry swirl! Delish!
