Bruster's Real Ice Cream

In contrast, I ordered an “A cookie lover’s paradise, this ice cream pie is filled with your favorite flavor and made with OREO® Cookie Pieces.” However, I received a chocolate pie crust filled with coconut chip ice cream. Essentially, we paid $26.00 for coconut chip ice cream placed in a chocolate pie crust. Notably, there were no Oreo cookies, whipped cream topping, or any other topping on the pie. My family has been ordering ice cream pies from this location since 2010. Consequently, receiving this subpar product for my daughter’s 68th birthday was a significant disappointment. Furthermore, the entire family was deeply disappointed and dismayed by the poor quality and lack of representation of “Bruster’s Ice Cream pies!” If this is the standard of service we can expect, we will not be p

My wife and I visited on 1/4/26. Our ice cream scooper, Cally, was awesome! She was warm, friendly, and very helpful with choosing the perfect flavors for our scoops. She demonstrated a wonderful personality while being patient with our choices. She also laughed easily and made our experience very enjoyable. Not to mention all the delicious and unique ice flavors that are so creamy! You don't get cheated on the included goodies such as walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, etc. Loved the Caramel Macchiato, Maple Walnut, Butter Pecan, and Cally's favorite - White Raspberry Truffle!

The scooper (Pamela) was so nice, friendly and helpful. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the ice cream and other details. She helped make our experience enjoyable. Bruster's ice cream is the best we've had - so creamy and yummy!

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and received mocha. Brought it back to the counter after two sips, and was told I was wrong by the kid at the counter, who didn't replace it. I buy chocolate milkshakes here frequently. I know the difference. Not OK customer service at all. I might think twice, next time, when I have an ice cream craving.

I frequent this place multiple times a week because I think they have some of the best ice cream. However, today I ordered my Oreo frappe and it did not taste correct at all. I’m really disappointed and probably won’t return. I’m pretty certain they added Oreos to vanilla ice cream or something because my Oreo frappe did not taste the same too bad. I guess I’m going back to Friendly’s.
