Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The customer service is WOW. I think our server was Caleb? So kind, quick, and attentive to detail. The ice cream is also 5 stars - smooth, creamy texture with a lovely variety of flavors without feeling overwhelming. I liked the mint no-sugar-added ice cream best.

I’ve wanted to try Bridget’s for sometime, but the parking lot alone annoys me and depending on where you’re coming from you have to follow the maze of a parking lot to get there. Today my son and I were already nearby so we stopped on. My first thought was man it’s pricy, but we decided to order a banana split to share. Service was decent in the drive thru, but wouldn’t say great. The banana split though was freaking amazing. The ice cream was delicious. It was creamy, flavorful and the fruit fresh. I hate strawberry icecream typically but oh man it was so good. I wouldn’t come often because of the prices, but on treat days I’d be there in a second. So good.

Bruster's is my all-time favorite ice cream place. They have so many unique flavors and they change up all the time! I really enjoy the new surprising flavors every time you visit.

We decided to try a new ice cream place and ended up at Bruster's Real Ice Cream. It was a fantastic choice! The ice cream was delicious, offering a great variety of flavors that satisfied our sweet cravings. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. They were knowledgeable about the flavors and made our visit enjoyable. We will definitely be returning for more delicious treats.

My kids vote Brusters in their top two of all ice cream shops they’ve visited. I might have to agree with them. They love the cookies and cream and the caramel with toffee. My fav is the butter pecan. We always are given very generous servings with great customer service. I’d just like to say today, I visited and the butter pecan was extra salty. I’d also like to suggest that staff doesn’t hold your conning their hand and then talk with the cone in front of their mouth. It’s a hygienic thing and the ice cream is going into the customers mouth. It’s pretty gross to have someone’s oral secretions as an extra topping on your ice cream.
