Their hoagies are amazing, but the soup could be better. To be honest, I would get rid of the soups and just offer chips as a side for the lunch special. I will come back just for the hoagies. The bread was so good, and the sharp provolone they use is delicious! Customer service was top-tier.. 👌
Got the Build Your Own chicken cheesesteak. Get the bruno sauce. Its amazing. It was piping hot and fresh (made to order). I was on the motorcycle and they served me half like this and took the other half home. Guy at the counter was super nice and informative. Limited hours but Ill make sure to come back Pictured is the Chicken Cheesesteak with Mayo, Brunos Sauce, Red Pepper Relish, Lettuce, tomatoes. (LT is under the meat, which I love, keeps it from falling apart). This thing is HEFTY and more than worth the $15 (pretty sure all toppings are free)
Great little sub shop . We stopped for lunch after a training It was busy , phone was crazy but the staff handled it nicely . Polite , friendly , food was good .
Its been a little while since I ate at Brunos. But they obviously don't know their clientele. We walked in and they were playing loud Hispanic music. It was obviously for the employees but it was annoying because of how loud they played it. And all the customers for the 35 minutes we spent there were all white. A little disconnected. The subs and sandwiches were fine. The small is truly a small. But they were tasty. And the value isn't the best. For me it was a little pricey. The soup was delicious I wouldn't need to return there again anytime soon.
I have had a lot of cheessteaks in my life and I'm very well traveled. I've had all of the tourist spots in Philly.....this place has the best cheesteaks I've ever had, hands down, full stop. I drove 26 miles out of my way just to stop here and grab one. If you're in Lebanon do yourself a favor and get a cheessteak from Brunos. Wish I could rate them 20 stars!
