Bruegger's Bagels

My bag ripped, dropping the fresh bagels. I explained what had happened to the mgr. She and the other female staff bent over backwards to help me! The girls were amazing awesome. So sincerely apologetic, stopped and both helped me and got me going. Such amazing people in there. It Christmas Eve and they're slammed. Didn't matter. Got the same great service.

I always enjoy a great bagel 🥯 at Burggers. Everything bagel is the best in Rochester. The cinnamon sugar bagel is soooo yummy 😋 it's like a dessert. Five cheese is great to have a peppered bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, it's always delicious 🤤 All in all the staff is always nice. There can be a little bit of a line at this location, but they handle the crowd petty good 👍 The only thing I don't like is you use to be able to sit and enjoy your purchase in the place ever since c-19 they never put the tables back in. 😢

I love a good salt bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized it had honey walnut (or some other nutty cheese) on it. Will try again, but please pay attention to the order... there were no other customers, so no rush.

Their food is good, the employees just need more training. This location got more wrong on my order than they got correct. Ordered bagels sliced with cream cheese, got unsliced and no cream cheese and the asiago half missed the bagels so they were more like plain, forgot my hash browns, messed up sisters sandwich. My sister says they forget the sauce which comes with the sandwich most of the time so she has to grab an extra one every time.

Satisfying honey siracha egg sandwich to start my day with ax smile and a stomach full. Friendly and efficient service. Well done.
