Tremendously helpful and adaptable staff!! The online ordering system was down; however, the crew still delivered a fantastic order-ahead sandwich and coffee! Best way to start your day in these frigid temperatures.

I asked for a sandwich with no bacon because I'm a vegetarian. Simple request, yet I was met with sassy staff after they got bacon in three of my sandwiches. When I very kindly told them I asked for no bacon and there was bacon within, they go "no there isn't". Like girl... yes there is..? What do you mean no? I have the proof in my hand. It's frustrating spending $7 on one bagel, and tipping, and then randomly getting met with hostility. Like how hard is it to not put bacon on a sandwich? It's not. They need to do better on not cross contaminating food. They then remade only one of my sandwiches, and there was bacon underneath. While someone who eats meat probably wouldn't mind, as a vegetarian, it's disgusting to see meat on or around my food. I've been going here for 6 years and this ha

Nice clean location in a strip mall we passed on the way south from Boston. Small, soft bagels with lots of specialty offerings that will get your attention. ET bagel, jalapeño CC, brisket and egg. AMAZING!! Very friendly service.

Walked into an empty restaurant with at least 4 employees working and no one even looked up, greeted, or attempted to take an order until I started to leave. Which was too late.

It was clean and well maintained. The concept of seeing how bagels are being made right in front of them was exciting for the kids visiting the store. The service team was friendly, polite and helpful. They were able to keep up with the volume of people walking in even in non-peak hours. The Zesty Egg White bagel was delicious and they were great with customizing everything on my order. 👍
