Bruciato

If you are looking for an incredible meal on Bainbridge Island, Bruciato is an absolute must-visit. I recently stopped in with the family, and even though the restaurant was very busy and bustling, the experience was well-worth the wait for a table. The energy of the place is fantastic, but what truly stood out right away was the service. Despite the crowd, the staff remained friendly and exceptionally efficient, making us feel welcome and well-taken-care-of from the moment we arrived. The food, however, was the real star of the show. The pizza was simply to-die-for. You can tell they put a lot of care into the craft, resulting in a perfect crust and fresh, vibrant flavors that live up to the hype. Festive place, good for a large party or cocktails for two. The pizzas are fantastic and the cocktails are excellent. A party of two works better at the bar than at the table because of the noise - you can only reliably hear people in a three foot radius. Be prepared to wait a bit during busy hours.

The place is definitely a must visit for people who live pizzas. Really awesome ones with thin enough crust, you can really have two whole pizzas, they are really so good. Service was great as well. The place has dim lights but definitely the best comfy atmosphere.

Was at the island for a day and stopped by for a bite. It was Friday afternoon and it was super busy but the service was impeccable, got a table within minutes of walking in and ordered 2 pizzas and got them very quickly! The staff are nice and attentive. These were the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my whole entire life 10/10 would eat again forever :)

Went there on a sunny day and the seating was perfect, next to the window! Tried the roasted seasonal vegetables and got a plate of charred broccoli, cauliflower, radish with lemon herb seasoning. While the dish was tasty, it was a small portion for the price. Tried the margarita pizza which was cooked well but marinara was too watery so the pizza was a bit soggy.
