Browns Socialhouse

I visited this Browns Socialhouse location for the first time, although I have dined at other Browns locations before. I ordered nachos and specifically requested to have the cheese layered, but the majority of the nachos did not have cheese. Our server, Megan, never once checked in with us during our visit. The guacamole I ordered was not mixed, so I had to prepare it myself at the table, while the server looked on from a distance and walked away instead of assisting. When it was time to pay, we chose not to leave a tip due to the lack of service. Upon speaking with the manager, the response came across as dismissive, with comments suggesting that “things happen.” This left the impression that our concerns were not taken seriously. Decided to give this establishment another try after hearing the restaurant manager changed in 2024, and I have to say I’m quite impressed. The service used to be severely lacking, but it was much better this time around. Our order came out quickly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a much more positive experience this visit!

We recently went here for dinner and I have to say how great of an experience we had. I'm not typically someone who would post a review, but our server Riley was so great that I thought I should. It had been a while since we were at a Brown’s and I wasn’t really feeling anything on the menu, so I asked her for a recommendation... She suggested the teriyaki salmon bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. Exactly what I was looking for, fresh, flavorful, and filling without being too heavy. And that coconut cashew rice... Amazing!!! This is how a server should be... Attentive and genuinely helpful without hovering or being pushy, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and a really enjoyable night out. We’ll definitely be back!

Incredibly pleased with everything related to my visit. Friendly, quick to greet, serve, and deliver food/drinks. I just went in for a drink and appetizer, and they were so good, I can’t wait to return. My Bellini might have been the best one I’ve ever had. The nachos tasted so fresh and flavourful! Highly recommend both of those options!!!🙌

I’ve been coming to Liberty Kitchen in South Surrey since it first opened and have always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with how the situation was handled by management. We walked in at approximately 4:55 PM and were seated at an open booth. At no point were we informed of any time limit for the table. Based on our many previous visits, we understand there is typically a two-hour dining window, and we were well within that timeframe.
