Brown Sugar

It was my favorite Caribbean place. I'm trying to go keto so I didn't order rice, but where is the curry sauce for the goat. The goat is nice and soft and taste ok. I like this restaurant because they have more veggies to offer. The okra is good, the spinach use to be great, the cabbage you can taste the pepper, if you like crunchy cabbage which is healthier then over cooking it then it's ok.

I pre-ordered two coconut bakes and salt fish from Brown Sugar restaurant in West Philly and was thoroughly impressed. The bakes were delightfully soft and flavorful, while the fish boasted perfect seasoning. The service was exemplary, from the phone response to the order pickup. Furthermore, Reuben , one of the staff, with his genuine smiles, along with the restaurant's cleanliness contributed to a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you, Lydz

This was my first time eating here and I thought my experience would be good. I ordered a few doubles and a Roti with goat. The goat was tough and the food I did eat. I became extremely sick nausea and the bubble guts and lots of stomach cramps. Let's say I was on the toilet all night.

Not many Afro-Trini restaurants in the Philadelphia area so I was excited to find one right around the corner from me. Delicious Coconut Bake and Saltfish, Curried chicken & Roti and theeee best Caribbean Mac and cheese I’ve ever had from a restaurant. I also love their baked goods and delicious healthy juices. I come here almost everyday for breakfast and the staff are very sweet and pleasant. Food tastes just like home 🇹🇹.

Food starting to taste like the chef mad when him cook. Been coming since a baby & if it’s not breakfast , it just don’t hit the same.
