Brown Skillet Downtown

We stopped in just passing through the area and needed to eat lunch with our 2 toddlers. They had plenty of clean baby high chairs. This place was good. The cafe was clean and quiet. We ordered fish and shrimp. I liked the breading. It was light. It came with a salad, homemade cake, tartar sauce, fries and toast. Our kids had homemade chicken strips and fries. Friendly person who worked the front counter. Welcoming place.

The food here was Fantastic. Service was fast and friendly. And the place was spotless. I will definitely be back!

This was amazing! So happy to have a new go-to breakfast spot. Also got a cinnamon roll and it was delicious!

My husband and me came for lunch and both got the red beans and rice plate lunch. I got fried shrimp on the side and he got fried wings. To say that the food is delicious would be an understatement! I felt like I was back in my daddy's kitchen eating his beans that he put all his love into! You guys NEED to try this place out. This was our first time, but it will certainly not be our last. 😋

Absolutely amazing!!! My boyfriend and I love going to this restaurant. The owner and employees are always welcoming and polite! The food is always amazing, always cooked right and the presentation is wonderful! Every meal is so heart warming. I will always go back for the experience. Thank you!! Update: TRY THE NEW STRAWBERRY COLADA LEMONADE!! Very delicious 😋
