Brotworkshop (Bread Bakery and Workshops)

I attended a sourdough bread making class and it was wonderful! Stefanie was a welcoming host and great teacher. She covered a lot of information in the 3& 1/2 hour session. The class size was just right; 5 individuals. This was a hands-on class. Stefanie had made a variety of sourdough breads for tasting, with a variety of butters and other spreads. Delicious!!! We were given two loaves of sourdough bread to take home; one that was baked in class and one to be baked at home, plus sourdough starter. The class was worth every penny. Thank you Stefanie!

Attended an Introduction to Sourdough Baking Workshop at Brot Workshop. This was truly a fantastic workshop. Stephanie was incredibly patient and kind throughout. She stopped to answer questions and explained each step comprehensively. Stephanie shared her personal tips and best practices, ensuring we walked away with knowledge to sustainably create our own sourdough. I would highly recommend the class to others!

Stephanie is one of best teachers I have had the opportunity to learn baking from. She is incredibly talented, detailed, thorough, fun, relaxed and helpful. I am so incredibly happy I found her classes. She’s amazing!

Lovely experience! Stefanie is charming, and passionate about bread making! I learned a great deal about sourdough, ate some EXCELLENT BREAD, and walked away with my own loaf of bread, dough, and starter! I highly recommend this workshop! Stef's kitchen/home/garden are so inviting and beautiful too!

This was a wonderful class. Informative and fun, full of good tips. I had been baking sourdough bread for the last couple of years. Somewhat inconsistent results, I'm sure Stephani's tips will be a game changer! I am going back for her Rye class. Definitley recommend!
