Brothers Daley

Finally made it to Brothers Daley in Sea Bright! We went at 12pm on a Sunday. What a fantastic restaurant, not to mention a gorgeous bar. The place is stunning. Very classy. Even the bathroom is pretty! There are fun trinkets everywhere. Very cool! The chandeliers are a highlight. The food is gourmet. The chef is amazing. The pastry chef is also so talented. We were blessed with Lucas as our waiter. Nick the manager was so friendly and knowledgeable. Gina also came to serve our table several times. And a bar tender came to the table to pour the caraf of wine into the long stem glasses. It was amazing how many people came to our table. What a great day exploring another gem in New Jersey. We dined at Brothers Daley last night to enjoy the food as well as their impressive Christmas lights and decorations. We sat inside in the main bar as it was quite cold to even think about dining outside. They do have a few tables with mini fires on top that looked comfortable. They have an excellent selection of Holiday drinks and beers. My wife ordered the Whitecaps, but was a bit disappointed because it had too much lemon which overwhelmed the pear. I had a black and tan which didn't disappoint. For an appetizer we got the mussels in a Bloody Mary sauce and ordered the side of bread (everything is a la carte here). They were wonderful and a great appetizer! For dinner we ordered a pork Chop and the pork schnitzel with sides of French fries and carrots. Overall, everything was great but

Came in for Christmas Eve dinner with my children. I really came because I saw on Instagram how nicely it was decorated for the holidays. And it did not disappoint. Lovely decor, putting one right in the Christmas spirit. I made my reservation for 2 ( because my son was unsure if he could make it) the hostess said she could not seat a party of 3, but then went into the dining room to check and told us she would seat us because she would not want to turn us away on Christmas Eve. We had a nice table in the corner, however it was right in front of the bar and people standing at the bar were gathering close to our table. Our server was polite and professional. He tolerated all of our questions about the menu. I would say, it was hard to make up our mind because I did not love the menu. A coup

The drinks are fabulous and so is the atmosphere. I find the food to be good but not as great as the rest of the place. I’ve been a few times but the most recent was around Valentine’s Day and we had a great time. The servers and bartenders are always the best and very friendly. I suggest this place as a great place for drinks but not the best just dinner atmosphere.

Wow! Best new restaurant in Monmouth County. Our server, Julia was not only stunning but made the best recommendations based on our likes/dislikes. Everything she recommended was exceptional. Cocktails were on point and the bar was fully stocked with top shelf liquor. Pork chop was out of this world and the black bass was delicious. Desserts were excellent but my favorite was the root beer expresso martini with vanilla ice cream. The manager stopped by to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for stopping in. The whole experience was awesome. Can't wait to come back.
