Brothers Biryani - Windsor

CLOSE THIS RESTAURANT!! Horrible food! Orderd chicken biryani and spicy chicken burger. They used the chicken from the chicken in the biryani to make the burger. Had first bite with bone in the burger. Lettuce was black. Briyani was tastless. Microwaved briyani was tasting like plastic itself in the container. I would have been given them 0 stars but that’s not the option here. Was surprised by the bone in the burger!!

Absolutely disgusting biryani. Horrible experience. There was not even a single bite that I didn’t got black pepper in it. There was no salt in it but just spicy. I don’t know if they give like too big pieces in it but was smelling to bad. I tried to eat just the rice keeping chicken aside, but can’t eat that too. My stomach is burning right now. The only thing was good from the place was Pepsi.

I ordered both veg and non-veg biryani from this restaurant. The rice and chicken were undercooked, and the taste was terrible. It felt like a complete waste of money, and this has happened to me twice. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this restaurant.

This review is for both the university location and also as the little river location. I am honestly just blown away by this restaurant and how incredible they treated me over these past two orders, and on top of amazing customer service, the food is amazing! Our story starts yesterday evening. I wanted to order something to eat but it had to be relatively healthy because I am losing weight for boxing at the moment. I didn't want the usual subway order so I scrolled uber eats until I saw "Royal Biryani" and immediately remembered eating Biryani with many of my old Indian friends from my past job. My one friend who I would drive to work would always bring me food, and I fell in love with Biryani and the unique spices and flavors that I was not yet accustomed to but would soon fall in love

We ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I was genuinely impressed by the care and attention they provided—even without dining in. I have a serious food allergy, and when we reached out to ask about ingredient details, the staff took it seriously from the start. They went the extra mile to confirm safe options with the kitchen, clearly labeled everything in our order, and even followed up to make sure everything was correct. It’s rare to see that level of diligence and kindness, especially for takeout. The food itself was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully packaged. You can tell they put real care into both their cooking and customer experience. If you’re looking for a place that’s allergy-aware, responsive, and truly committed to excellent service—even for takeout—this is
