I love Brookshire Brothers grocery store!! They have everything I need, the employees are great. Thier hot food is so tasty. Easy in easy out, affordable prices all around a great grocery store!
The electric carts have not been charged 2 out of 3 times. The bagger forgot to put all of my groceries in my basket. 24 mile round trip to pick up sausage and sauce, missing steak from order. Customer service doesn't appear to matter. The bagger and checkers visit with each other and ignore customers. Meat discolored. Good prices but terrible service.
The curbside for some reason doesn’t fulfill your order unless you call them even if it’s an hour late they won’t fill it for some reason and then when they do, they won’t even substitute your stuff with the next best thing they’ll just say it’s out of stock or give you a cheaper version and still charge you full price. Next day i got charged again LOL NEVER SHOP HERE GO TO HEB
great store to shop they have reduced items if you know where to look.
My wife and I stop often because it’s closer to the house but the constant BROWN hamburger is a huge concern!!! Pull it off the shelf, it’s not safe or appealing
