Legit FIVE STARS! We inherited an ice and water machine when we moved into our new office space couple years ago now and we reached out to this company for service because we realized we hadn’t changed the filter and it was our responsibility. So I was thinking they would be coming in the new year and December 20 when I contacted them they came out sent someone out right away handled cleaning the machine and got us up and running in no time at all Fast-forward to New Year’s week. Everybody was out often on. We had a funny taste so we called them again same day. Send a tech out immediately check the water emptied everything out handled everything got clean tasting water again no issues at all. Absolutely stellar service. Great people wonderful to work with highly recommend.

Brooks Industries has serviced my equipment for over 10 years. Always on time, courteous and fair pricing. The maintenance on the ice machine has kept my machine running well for very long time.

Called at 8am about a reach in fridge that was down. They were out here within two hours(takes at least hour and half to drive here) and fixed problem in 30 minutes. Always have had great service with them. Thank you!!!
