Honestly one of the prettiest branches I’ve been to. The tall shelves look very clean and aesthetic. The computers are nice, and the study area is clean and quiet. Usually have a lot of popular books and a lot of prep books, such as SAT, etc. The location is right near the police station so it’s much safer and quieter than other branches. Also safe for kids to go to.

It is clean and in good order, however, in the Summer A/C was never working and fan was absolutely insufficient to keep the interior cool

This library is very noisy, people come here to play chess and laugh, the staff talks non-stop and very loud, people sit and eat their burgers and don't read, this place is anything but a library!

I loved going to the book discussions here but haven't been here for a couple of years because the last six times i wanted to go, i could not find the book available through the BPL. They're a great group with lively discussions in a pleasant atmosphere. It is not a bad place to work or study but i seem to remember limited charging areas. The librarians were nice and helpful. There was a limited section of American history books and a little larger selecton of classic and popular novels. Saw a really great Elvis impersonator perform here--what do they want to be called, elvis tribute performers--that had people singing along and clapping and having a great time. Me too. The guy was great.

Amazing Teacher of chess, Art classes and toddler time. Always happy to spend quality time at the Homecrest Library.
