I heard they are opening a teen center reserved for teens! Especially new shelves and an even more modern look! I used to go there all the time since Pre-K! And now, I'm almost heading to High School. Pure nostalgia! 10/10 :)

Brooklyn's libraries almost all time are good. A lot of programs for kids and adults. This library not big but has 3 levels with good access for them.

Can be a little noisy at times, including some of the staff. Good place to study and complete homework if your living environment is hectic. They have a modest selection of books. Staff can be helpful if you have any questions. Sometimes rowdy kids a come in especially after school hours and it can be distracting when the librarians and these children bicker. Sometimes these kids will pass by the library and knock on the windows. Once, there was even a boy who came in, screamed, and then left because he had been kicked out the library for being noisy earlier that day. I think the library could benefit from having some sort of security or supervisor who could deal with these issues rather than leaving the poor librarians to deal with it. Overall, I've had an okay experience and its a good

I actually adore this library and the librarian Eboni is very nice. There is one Librarian there who is not the nicest and acts as if we bother her for her having to do what she is there for but I honestly pay her no mind. Over all, clean, quiet, polite staff and helpful with her being the only exception.
