Brooklyn Public Library - East Flatbush Branch

Been there a few times. The staff ivory helpful that's true, but I find one thing seems to be happening. The computers, the last two times I used it was loading very very slow. I'm not sure why. That a needs to be fixed. My only issue?

I live very close to the place; whereas it is very lovely and nice plus the closing hours makes sure that whenever I visit something to do, I will always finish. God bless them all for their hard work

I love this library. Really friendly, helpful staff. Plugs at almost every table to charge your laptops. Comfortable chairs to sit and read. This library also has a light feel, don't know if it's the color scheme, but it just wakes me up when I come in.

The renovation and upgrade were needed. The staff and their hospitality is excellent.The library is a great area to come get your work done and leave. The atmosphere is laid out to sit and relax and study, but it's a bit hard to do so. It's a bit noisy for a library. Because the space is so small, the adults and kids don't have much distance between them. The kids use obscenity in there as though it's regular everyday words, and some are so disrespectful. Would not recommend leaving your kids there unsupervised. The staff just need a but more control of the kids' behavior when they are in there.

My experience is the staff they are very helpful and pleasant. If you can't find something they show you step by step how to access online and seek the books you're looking. Excellent customer service!!!!
