Brooklyn Public Library - Arlington Branch

Lovely library. As a Manhattanite I ventured here to collect a limited edition library. I enjoyed the history of the building and learnt a lot in the hour and a half I spent there. There’s loads of information on classes and help and other functions going on here. The amazing FRANKIE - head librarian was a delight to met. A powerhouse that not only has extensive knowledge of her job but loves every aspect of it. She gave me a sticker booklet (I’m 47!) which has space for all Brooklyn libraries. You ask each library for their sticker when you go. I loved that she didn’t assume because I’m older that it would not be of interest. She carries a certain air to her that keeps patrons in check. The space is calm even when people come in to make use of the air condition. It was quiet except for so

Great staff, small but peaceful space to focus. And there’s a charm to the building itself with its symmetrical wooden interior architecture. A good range of facilities to handle essential tasks as well. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, beautiful.

Never had an isssue coming here. Besides books theres a kids section and tables to do their hw and computers they can use, as well as computers for adults and a printing area

I love this place. It’s close to my home and I feel so comfortable when I’m studying, working or reading my books 📕 they treaty u good and are available every time When u need help. Also u have a good bunch of boock to choose, brink home and comeback within 2 or 3 weeks

Beautiful building. Only one bathroom for all genders
