Brookland Mobile Notary

This is the BEST Notary Service in town! I was nervous about my first Signing, but Brookland Mobile Notary made me feel comfortable, came prepared, and we were able complete the process relatively quickly. When I had questions, I was able to stop and contact the Lender. The entire experience went way better than I'd imagined. I have worked with them several times since then because I know I can rely on them for punctual, thorough service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Left home to get documents notarized by Jeanette but, unfortunately, by the time we got there, a steady rain was coming down. We (my mother, brother and I) had no umbrella so we were stuck until we contacted Jeanette about our predicament and she offered an umbrella and an alternate way in. However, the steady rain became a downpour and we were all set to call it a day when Jeanette graciously offered a parking spot in the garage which was a big help as my mother has a walker. The notarizing process itself was quick, painless and efficient and we are grateful to Jeanette for going out of her way to accommodate us, especially since we had wasted time going to a bank and they made us wait half an hour and then told us they could not notarize our documents. Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at this place and it was nowhere to be found. There is no signage or business sign. It may be in someone's apartment. I messaged the business and they told me they are unavailable and I need to make an appointment. I told them that I did make an appointment but they didn't seem to care. If you need a notary then just go to a bank where they are more professional. I would not recommend this place.
