Night after a snowstorm and street still hasn’t been touched. Multiple snow storms and they either neglect to plow the street or the few times they do plow they do a terrible job.

While plowing the street, three mailboxes on my block were destroyed. Mine required a simple fix not a replacement. 4 guys showed up and blatantly refused to fix it. Why? Cause it was too much work for them. Promised to come by later in the day. Never showed up. Also, replacing mailboxes with the basic 25$ ones won’t cut it. It’s very unfair when I spent quadruple on the mailbox that was damaged by the town. No refund. No fix. No show. And no, it wasn’t the heavy wet snow that they moved it was a psycho driver who backed into a bank of snow and knocked my mailbox over. Have a video and pictures. I ended up fixing it myself. 15k in taxes!!!!!! What a joke!

There is an enormous hole in the middle of Hawkins Ave. Hit it while driving it night and got an immediate flat/blowout and a giant bubble in another tire (both on passenger side). The roads are some of the worst in the country and I have no idea where our tax money goes - not into maintenance or resurfacing.

I have Been trying for 5 years to get our storm basins cleaned and pumped out every time it rains our drains flood over and all the leaves and mud in them go on the street.i was away Thursday when this happened again and my sister had to clear them for me can we please get them pumped out thank you

Hours after the storm, the streets are still impassable due to a foot or more of unplowed snow on the streets of Strong's Neck.
