BRIX Wine Bar & Restaurant

This is a gem! Quaint, clean, restaurant with great pizza, wonderful wine selection, and excellent service. I am picky about my wine, but that didn't bother the server who poured 4 different sips until one was suitable. Not only was it suitable, I bought the whole bottle. The entire staff was pleasant and seemed happy to wait on us and happy to be there. I take that to mean they are treated well by the management and owners. The food: My husband is a connoisseur of pizza. It's hard to impress his palate, but he enjoyed the pepperoni pizza and couldn't come up with a negative thing to say. I ordered the Gemini pizza with mozzarella, prosciutto, truffle oil, and arugula, and it was delicious. The crust was tasty and different from the normal pizza we have most places. Price: we thought

A great restaurant/wine bar here in ellensburg! I come here quite often and appreciate the kindness of the servers and the cooks too! Food is always amazing! Definitely go here if you're in town!

Great service, good prices. Wine/selection is good. Friendly informative servers. Dined a number of times. Pizza was good, charcuterie plate was plentiful and we love their BRIX Campfire Cake.

Brix is a wonderful place to grab a glass of wine or a bite to eat. Pizzas, salads, paninis, etc; vegan and keto options available. Beautiful decor and comfy seating makes for a nice place to let your day go, or have a celebration or friendly gathering. Their dessert menu is out of this world and definitely something to consider sharing - or not, no judgement.

Amazing pizza We ordered margarita pizza , cheese garlic bread and lemonade.. Everything was amazing and tasty . Our server was nice and friendly.
