Brimmer's Licensing Service

I was helped by Heather today and she was fantastic. I called so many times with SO many questions. She was very patient and understanding. They got the service taken care of quickly and even emailed me (I'm out of state) the documents I needed. We need more people like Heather in customer service. Thanks Heather & Brimmer!

Absolutely excellent service! You simply can't beat Brimmer's Licensing service and the kind professional women that work here! They are always ultra efficient and extremely knowledgeable with any of your questions related to your vehicle. I decided to get a personalized license plate. The process was quick and easy! A few weeks later I received a phone call that my new tag was ready for pickup! My personalized tag looks great on my vehicle! I've been going to Brimmers for years and have never been disappointed! Excellent service!

im leaving this for my girl because im frustrated for her. She recieved notice because she let her insurance lapse not even a week. We go to this brimmers to handle it because the city threatened ticket and tow. This all happened within 24hrs of recieving the notice mind you. She brings her proof of insurance so it can be submitted and verified and literally when we left they somehow submitted insurance for wrong vehicle. On top of that we had to make multiple trips back and forth to get the right paperwork. which shouldve been told/given to us upon first visit. Just a lot of mis-information please inform yourself if you go here and ask questions. Be prepared for attitude also

Hey everyone , I’m not usually the type to leave reviews . But I just wanna say please please please listen to these reviews . I wouldn’t even leave one star because it was that bad . Upon going in we were greeted with a very nasty attitude . The lady didn’t even look at our documents and just said she can’t do anything. She told us we needed to bring Documents so we left and came back. Upon coming back she told us we needed more documents . At this point it was a circus game she was playing with us making us go back and forth because she couldn’t mention from the start what we needed . She kept adding and adding to the list of what she needed. They are very unprofessional, rude , and disrespectful.

EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, VERY RUDE. I went Friday to get my plates and title transfer and when I went the first time Heather gave me alittle attitude asking me from what I have to start the process and I gave her my documents and old license plate stated she didn’t know if I could use it cause she has to see if we’re still at L. I processed in telling her how my car is leased and she gave me papers to sign in order to fax over information to my lien holder and that the paper she gave me to give to the police if I ever got pulled over to say your working on your title and plates. I later came back 10 min later stating I didn’t want to proceed with the process and wanted a refund and Heather said she can’t do that cause she already receive a “fax received” stating it was fax to my lien hol
