Finding an accountant is difficult and stressful. Like many business owners, I've had horrible experiences with accountants in the past, so when we moved to Williamsburg, we reached out and set up an appointment to meet the team. Our first impressions were absolutely amazing. We met with Journey who made us feel so welcomed and happy that we met with her. She was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed like she genuinely cared. Once we were handed off to Bruce, it was a different story. The communication with him has been barely by email. We never got past the cost because he barely responds to emails. After one week of multiple emails and no response, we emailed yesterday to let them know we will be going in another direction. Still no response from anyone on the email thread as of this wri
