Briggs & Maple Coffeehouse

We feel lucky to have such a cute and yummy breakfast stop on our favorite walking path. The French toast bagel sandwich was amazing and the espresso special list is seriously impressive! Great service and a nice place to rest for a spell.

The sandwich and drink I ordered was GREAT!! French toast bagel? AMAZING!! Service is always great and welcoming, was greeted by Laney today promptly and had a good chat! 😊 10/10 recommend trying this place out, will definitely be coming back!

Great community coffee spot. They carry Olympia coffee. The inside has been fully redone and the staff is extremely friendly. Not your typical drive thru coffee stand, go inside and check it out. I love the vibe.

Delicious coffee and amazing menu!! This was my first time here but I immediately noticed their phenomenal seasonal menu and wished I could try every drink on it. The honey vanilla latte was great and the service was friendly and fast. I went through the drive through but the indoor seating area looked cute.

Always a great experience at Briggs and Maple. The coffee is outstanding, not acidic like many of the other stands around. It is very apparent they take pride in the quality of shot and coffee they are pulling and using. They have an excellent selection of fresh pastries and other light food items. They also have 3 convenient ways to order, a walk up window, drive through AND an excellent indoor option with some seating to boot! Enjoy a fresh coffee and pastry then sit outside and people watch. Nothing better!!
