Brickhouse Restaurant and Brewery

3.5 stars. Street parking. Plenty of room. Good for large parties. 3.5 stars as food came out lukewarm including the chowder which is a huge pet peeve of mine. Honey BBQ tenders were very good but literally came with one carrot stick and one piece of celery. I found that very bizarre. Cheeseburger had nice grill flavor. Overall, maybe another visit would be a hit vs a miss.

This place has great food and decent service. The servers are very nice and attentive!! They often have live music which I LOVE. That said- whomever did their sound before was not very good. But tonight they have a different guy doing the sound and he is awesome!! Much better experience! Keep it up new guy!! Or maybe it’s just the band is just that great???!!!! 🤷‍♀️ I mean they are great but a bad sound person can bring the vibe down. MUCH BETTER tonight with the new guy. For the first time, I’m looking forward to coming back! Nice job Brick House! 👏

I saw a live band there, Code Switch. They were incredible and the meat lovers pizza was absolutely delicious! The waiters and bar tenders are also so nice and make the atmosphere very warm and welcoming.

Outstanding Customer Service That Builds Lifetime Loyalty I need to share an experience that perfectly demonstrates what exceptional customer service looks like. I placed a delivery order with Brickhouse tonight. The hostess was incredibly sweet and professional taking my order, and payment was processed without issue. Shortly after, I missed a call from the restaurant—they were calling to let me know they don't actually offer delivery and the order was taken in error. Here's where it gets remarkable: By the time I called back, they had already decided to personally deliver my order anyway to honor the commitment and avoid inconveniencing us. This wasn't about convenience for me (normally I would have just driven over to pick it up), but my car is currently out of commission. And here'

Wife, sons and I went to Brickhouse for first time. Highly recommend it. Food was great. I was the only one who had a bar drink, Punch in Your Eye, a rum punch perfect for a sunny Sunday. We ate inside but the roof deck was very busy. Olivia, our server was excellent. Highly recommend it.
