Brian Michael's Catering is definitely an excellent choice! The food is great! The management and staff go above and beyond providing you with an awesome display and setup for the food and tables. Then there's THE FRUIT TOWER! A massive display of fruit, literally taking up a entire table of its own! They definitely took some time in creating that master piece! They put fruit dip for fruit tower inside pineapples that they carved out and turned them into pieces of art.

We hired Brian Michael's Catering to prepare and serve a plated dinner for my son's rehearsal dinner. He came very highly recommended by his fiance's family. From the very first introduction through the dinner everything was perfect! The menu was spot on and everyone was very excited when the moment arrived and we finally got to eat what we were all looking forward to. He served a plated filet minon meal and a plated Cajun chicken with crawfish cream sauce. Everything melted in your mouth. He served 50 people and every single steak was warm and cooked to absolute perfection! The chicken was tender and full of flavor. The team was very responsive, friendly and able to make last minute changes in our pick-up time. We ordered Delta Blues for our lunch event. Portions were large and everything was delicious. We will certainly order again. Thanks!
