Brezza

I ordered the Cappellacci Oreganata and a Whiskey Crumble cocktail. The whiskey cocktail was fantastic. Beautifully balanced. Flavorful, spirit-forward, and not too sweet. And an interesting/unique mix of flavors. The capellacci was beautifully presented. The spinach garnish tasted amazing. Well seasoned. The only drawback was that the lemon flavor was a little overpowering throughout the dish. The citrus:savory balance was off for me - too much on the citrus side. But the pasta was well-made. Overall the dish was good.

My family celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday and had the most amazing experience! The staff was attentive and provided us with exceptional service. The food was prepared with care and served fresh. Thank you for helping us celebrate my Dad's day and make it extra special.

I want to share our experience so other customers are aware before ordering. When our server came to take our order, he suggested three pasta dishes that were not listed on the menu. We chose one of them, a pasta called Tajarin, and compared it to the prices of the regular pastas on the menu, assuming it would be in the same range. The dish itself was extremely simple, basically pasta with butter, with truffle added on top. The truffle didn’t have much flavor, and overall the dish tasted very basic. We also ordered dessert, and the tiramisu was actually delicious. The problem came when the check arrived. We were shocked to see that the Tajarin pasta cost $125, which was about four times the price of the other pastas on the menu. This price was never mentioned by the server when he reco

My husband and I visited Brezza this past July, and it was an unforgettable experience. We had dinner at the bar, and every dish was outstanding. The fish was fresh and flavorful, the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, the fresh beef tartare was perfectly prepared, and the lemon olio verde tart for dessert was simply amazing. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we came back the very next day for lunch, and it was just as exceptional as our dinner. Went for brunch at Brezza with my family, located inside Resorts World hotel & casino. A bit underwhelming to be honest. We went when it just opened and were the first ones there. First the service was outstanding, friendly and very charming. The place is chic, lovely decor and nice seating. The underwhelming part came with the good and cocktails. The cocktails were flat, not the best mixes l've had and honestly quite pricey. Same with the food, strip prices but not the best quality. If they are going to charge those prices they need to elevate both.
