CHECK your RECEIPTS! They are not itemized for a reason! We were ripped off, as well as other couples who were present! Multiple up charges and when asking for toppings which should be 0.99 each as listed on the menu, instead of putting it on the ice cream like other places do, she intentionally puts them in a small cup which doubles/triples the amount of topping(without asking or mentioning) so she can triple charge you, rushes you through the order to confuse you and doesn’t itemize the receipt so you do not notice. It wouldn’t surprise me if the vegan soft serve is not vegan, I can’t confirm it, but it tastes way too damn good and creamy and we’ve been vegan for years. Check your receipts!!! This place needs investigation. The previous manager was nice and ran the place well. The woman in there now is a theft. I asked for 1 medium cup and 1 small she upcharged me and then I asked for 1 serving of a topping, she quickly filled a cup instead of putting it on the actual ice cream and tried to charge us $5 extra. She speeds you through and is stealing from the seniors by charging them for things they likely aren't aware of. She doesn't use gloves and it's likely this place has terrible sanitation practices. The frozen yogurt tastes like chalk. FIND A BETTER PLACE! I also suggest a thorough inspection of those that work here.

Very very over priced here, ice cream was not fresh tasting, the owner was very strange and questionable. I should have trusted my instincts from their poor reviews. Everything in the coolers was freezer burnt. Soda pop cans with lids bubbling up. No napkins anywhere. I have two questions. 1. How does this place stay in biz? 2. How do they survive their health inspections? Wont be back

Brandy’s has the best yogurt I’ve ever had! They have a lot of sugar free, low fat choices. There are also two almond milk flavors that are out of this world delicious! The staff are always very personable, providing excellent service with a smile There is comfortable seating inside and out.

Great selection of soft yogurts(Fat Free & NSA) and also ice cream. It is a local chain that must be individually owned by family members.
