Amazing customer service. The owner, Nichole helped me create a fresh sympathy basket and handled everything with such care and kindness. The bagels were fresh, beautifully arranged, and ready quickly. They even delivered it for me. Truly above and beyond ❤️

I frequent this bagel store at least once to twice per week...that is how great they are!! The food is always fresh and generous portions. The service is excellent with professional, courteous and efficient servers. The store itself is always clean. There is adequate ventilation, so there is no fried food smell that other bagel stores suffer with. The owner strives for excellence and achieves it!

I had a small baby shower at my house today and ordered bagels and sandwiches from this place. The bagels were good and presentation was very nice. The sandwiches and salads were very good! Everyone loved it all. The staff were also very nice to deal with. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!

My first time coming here, so first impression. Please see the photos. Why did I pay extra for avocado and not get even a smidgen of any? Where’s the sour cream, where’s the rice and beans like the menu states?

I have been to Brendels multiple times since they have opened. Let me tell you, I have never been disappointed. I drive 15 minutes to go to Brendels whenever I want breakfast (at least 2x a week) and pass multiple bagel places on the way. The owners are often present here and are behind the counter working ensuring that service is going smoothly. My food has always been delicious and they have a large variety and great specials. Once you go here, you won't be going anywhere else (at least that is what happened to me). I believe they are a local family that owns it and that is what brought me in the first time to give them a chance. Now they have me hooked!! 10/10. Highly recommend.
