Breeze Inn Restaurant & Lounge

We stopped in during our short overnight trip to Seward. We tried the cod and halibut with chips, and of course one of our girls had to have the otter dog. Everything was really good. Great food and great service. We’ll be back.

First time eating here. Was in town visiting my wife. We decided to eat here. She got the halibut chunks and fries. Fish was cooked right and very flavorful. I got the chicken fried steak and country gravy. It’s hard to find good country gravy in Alaska considering I’m from the Midwest. The fresh steak was cooked just right, very flavorful and the gravy was on point. And the mashed potatoes were good as well. One thing I didn’t care for was the green beens. They were served with bacon, but the beans were hard and not very flavorful. Other than that everything else was excellent. Service in a timely manner..

I drove down from Moose Pass early Sunday morning. The place was busy but I was seated promptly. Valerie, the waitress, took my order and gave me a piping hot cup of coffee. I had a ham and cheese omelet and breakfast potatoes. The portions were bigger than i expected, hot and very yummy! I got a coffee to go from Val, a hoodie from Shannon and had a smile on my face as a left. Thank you Breeze!

I am so grateful for this place during my visit! Amazing food and drinks, super helpful staff. Probably the best chowder I’ve had! Creamy, umami, peppery, a nice treat for the cold day.

Had soup & coffee 1st evening. Service was so, so. Waitress was not attentive, slow service & not very friendly. Next morning, we went for breakfast; everyone was friendly. Shayna was our server. Place was hopping, staff worked as a team & service was great. Food plentiful. Waitress, Shayna, was excellent. Next day, we came for lunch. Shayna was the main reason we returned the very next day & Shayna. Again, was our server. Wife & I both said she is a terrific waitress & very nice lady.
