Breaking Dawn Brunch

We recently visited a modern fusion Vietnamese restaurant in Los Gatos for breakfast and brunch, which features a DJ. The place was bustling when we arrived, but fortunately, we had made a reservation a few days in advance. The interior is beautifully designed, resembling a Western restaurant rather than an Asian one. The restaurant offers full bar service, including cocktails, wine, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu is pleasantly concise. For appetizers, we chose the Banh Xeo Taco and Pho Poutine. For the main course, we ordered the Resting Brunch Face (RBF) and Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice. (Late review May 2024) Hubby and I wanted to go on a brunch date and stumbled upon this spot. We dig it! It’s a Vietnamese fusion brunch spot, and tbh, I get a little skeptical when it comes to Asian fusion flavors in a non-Vietnamese area. The staff is very courteous. The atmosphere is lively, they have live music on the weekends I believe. The live music can get a bit loud, but if you don’t mind it, then you’ll enjoy it. We were intrigued by the phở poutine, so that was one of the items we ordered. We also ordered bánh xèo tacos, salted crema coffee, and fried chicken burger. The poutine was BOMB!!!! SO GOOD! We were so shocked at how good it was and how it actually tasted like phở! The coffee was incredible. I’m not a coffee person and I wanted to finish the whole drink myself! Bánh x

Cute brunch place with okay food and great drinks. The food was a 7/10. Pretty good but not outstanding. I think of the things we got the banh mi dip was the most interesting and the best. The truffle fries were good too! Drinks were very good! Highly recommend! Drinks did come out slowly and service was slow in general but the servers were super nice.

Some dishes are interesting. Staff is very friendly. There is a live DJ, but the music is too loud for me. It’s a unique and overpriced experience.

Food was delicious service was fast and friendly fun new concept brandon was our server very friendly and attentive. Dylan made our drinks he was really good. The pumpkin pancakes were good and the fo sizzle with filey mignon was delicious the bread was nice and soft too very good.
