Just discovered this fantastic new spot in Williamsburg and had to share—it's already one of my favorites! The staff couldn't have been more welcoming from the moment we walked in. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited about the food (which makes the whole experience feel special). We ordered sandwiches, and wow—the portions are massive! Each one comes with a generous side of chips, and honestly, I was stuffed after eating just half. The bread was fresh, the fillings flavorful and well-balanced, and everything tasted so good I couldn't stop. We also got two orders of sweet potato fries on the side—they were perfectly crispy, not at all oily or greasy, and seriously addictive. 10/10 experience. We tried the grilled cheese and the grilled chicken caprese sandwich. Food all was cooked perfectly, tasted fresh and came out quickly. The balsamic glaze on the chicken sandwich was a personal highlight. Inside was modern, clean and inviting. Perfect addition to the neighborhood and look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Incredible food. So happy to have a legit sandwich spot in the neighborhood. Don’t waste time at the other spots here…. B&S wins!

Tried the Chicken Caprese and it was outstanding. Fresh mozzarella, juicy chicken, and perfectly toasted bread — everything tasted high quality. Great service and a great new sandwich spot in Williamsburg. Definitely coming back.
