Brazas & Sabor is absolutely amazing! The food is incredible, and the owner personally greets you and gives great recommendations on what to try. The chicken reminded me of the kind I used to eat back home in Venezuela . full of flavor and perfectly cooked. This place will definitely become your go-to spot. I 100% recommend it!

Every bite brings you straight to Peru. I also love their sides, the crispy fries are perfect, and the monstrito (Peruvian fried rice) is a must-try. The lomo saltado is packed with flavor, the tallarines verdes with steak are delicious and comforting, and the ceviche is always fresh and well-balanced. Don’t skip the empanadas and tamales, they’re amazing too! They also have traditional drinks like chicha morada, Inca Kola, and Pilsen beer, which makes the experience even more authentic. Everything was super delicious. And perfect service. Alberto was very attentive. And I loved the food. Specially the pavlova and the aji de gallina. Highly recommend.
