Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Braum's has the best dairy products. We only buy milk from Braum's. It's pasturized differently than other milk so it's a little sweeter. They also have the best cottage cheese and ice cream. We like Braum's ice cream better than Blue Bell. The market side has some other items: TV dinners, fresh fruit, bread, etc. You can also eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert there. With combos, you can upgrade your drink to a milkshake for free! If you don't like fries, they also have an option for yogurt or cottage cheese. All around great place to eat and get dairy products from!

I watched an employee (Evelyn) stop what they were doing and come out from behind the counter and help an elderly person shop and put things in their grocery cart for them. Kind and reassuring the customer the whole way. After she checked them out she also carried his groceries to his car for him. Thank you Evelyn for your reassurance in humanity today. Braums should praise employees like yourself!

Can't say enough good things about how much I love braum's ice cream. They have their own dairy and you can taste it in the ice cream. When we went in they were very friendly and open to us trying any of the ice creams. But luckily I didn't need to because I am in love with their peanut butter cup ice cream. It has big chunks of peanut butter and peanut butter cups in it. For a peanut butter lover. This is the best thing since sliced bread. I do a little trick and I get two scoops and a cone but I have it in a cup so I can get the best of both worlds and not be messy. Sadly, I don't live near a braum's ice cream, so this is a special tree when I'm up in the Fort Worth area for family. I can't wait to see my family but also can't wait for my next time to have braums's ice cream.

So. I come here all the time. Me and my 5 year old come here as "Our Thing". Normally I get a 1/4lb burger meal. And he always gets a kids burger meal. Then afterwards we get ice cream. But..... I was highly disappointed today when I decided to change it up and get the 4pc chicken tenders meal. These tenders are pathetic. Not only was it more expensive that getting the burger meal, but it's about half of the food. When I brought up to the manager that I didn't realize how small these were and can I switch them for a burger since I hadn't walked away with them yet she said no and just gave me another tender. While she was at least nice enough to give me the other tender I can't believe they are serving this to people for $8.29 + tax?

I asked for a scoop of peppermint ice cream with hot fudge. When I got up to the window they handed me the scoop of ice cream. I asked about the hot fudge and he said they don't do that. It had to be a sundae. He finally put hot fudge on it. I order the same thing every time. I wish the girl who took my order said I couldn't do that. On top of that they never gave me the milk shake I ordered to take to a patient in a nursing home. I will not be back to this location. So disappointed.
