Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The food was ok, the ice cream is good, but speed an efficiency is not their thing here. MAYBE we caught them on an off night that was crazy busy; there was a ton of staff on hand but it still took 5 minutes or so to place our order(there was nobody in front of us) and almost 30 minutes to get 3 burgers and fries. Ice cream was MUCH quicker and smoother. I'd go again, if we aren't on a schedule of any sort.

Eggs cold and tater tots was like if they were setting there and biscuits hard as nails. When I went to let the lady know my meal was cold she rolled her eyes.

We eat here often and is usually good but this night was not good. The restaurant was dirty, the straws, ketchup etc. was empty. Ask for a large fry and got a medium. Had to go ask for the shake because they forgot it when they called that the order was ready. Food did not taste good. Just a really bad night.

Ordered a turtle sundae and I’m sorry but there is more cake than ice cream on this. It’s happened once before and that’s the only reason I’m posting this. I also ordered a hot fudge sundae and that had two big scoops of ice cream. The way it should be.

Never had been til today Sunday November 9th 2025, and it was surprisingly good. We got burgers, fries and chicken strips. I got a small chocolate shake before we left and my son drank most of it very fast. Overall it was very good and affordable for a family of 3. Customer Service was great. And we will be back when we are in the area.
