Best chocolate shake in town. Go there everyday for lunch. But on this particular day the little skinny brunette was extremely rude. Didn't say a word to me. Then I said have a thank you. Have a great day. Just to have the window slammed on me. Lol some people!

Spent 20+ minutes in the drive through patiently waiting for my order to be taken, when I finally gave up and drove to the window, I wasn't even offered an apology. It seemed as though they thought i was just being impatient,when in reality the person doing the dual lanes wasn't switching between them.

My husband and I usually come to this location. The staff was not very friendly, the blonde that took our order didnt have a good attitude. The lobby was full of people waiting on food, after waiting for over 15 minutes for the food it was cold. Not sure what is going on today but I feel like the staff needs to be refreshed on customer service and the food shouldn't take over 15 minutes to be made and handed out, especially if its going to come out cold

It has been Year's since I've been to Braum's and I must say they did not disappoint. Friendly customer service, clean locations and excellent food. I Highly recommend you check them out if you are in the area.

25 mins for a chocolate malt in drive through. The car after us got their 4 ice cream cones before. Do better.
