First time ever and we picked the first one that was open in 1987 ordered and went to sit down and our food for three was already done shakes are delicious as is the burgers

Stopped in to grab some breakfast to go. First thing I noticed was the greasy , sticky floor. Young lady at the cash register was very polite and happy. The manager was being pretty rude, correcting all of the employees in front of customers. We had to wait for a while for our food. Bathrooms were not very clean either . Got to the car and our order was wrong.

Two breakfasts in a row I ordered a Burrito with NO VEGETABLES (no tomatoes onions jalapenos) and both times they've ignored me resulting in me just throwing away perfectly good food because they are diced fine and not able to be removed. Please follow the directions given when ordering and on the ticket/receipt. Now im out 10 dollars and hungry.

Got a bag of burritos with no tomato got pulled for fresh sausage didnt even get the sausage on the burritos so I called lady was nice asked me to bring it back I did no problem accidents happen I was laughing about the whole thing it was actually funny I get there and mostly everyone is polite but the man making the burritos and things just couldn't keep his face silent. I get it I work in fast food in town too sometimes its an off day but ive never down right glared with disgust at a customer over a mistake we've made all im saying is this braums specifically is known for being iffy and that man made not want to return 🤷🏽‍♀️

Its wild there is probably 3 braums for every person in oklahoma. There are two in El Reno TWO. They might as well be right next to each other. Its el reno! Out of the two its a coin flip on which one ur going to.
