Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Braums is known for their fresh food and I was so excited we got one close to the house. Got a garden salad and the iceberg lettuce is brown and slimy! This is so uncalled for. If you can’t produce a fresh salad, I doubt anything else there is fresh. Gross and disappointing!

Braum’s has so many great ice cream options! We got the modified banana split — we picked our 3 flavors, added M&M’s and caramel sauce. AMAZING dessert at a great price point. We’ll definitely be back!

This Braums location opened this week and we are so excited to have them! It’s been a while in the making but it’s been worth the wait. Their market is laid out beautifully and you can find amazing dairy and fresh meats, all high quality and easy to shop. They carry A2 milk and A2 chocolate milk. It’s easier on digestion and tastes so great! Their ice cream is delicious - I’m addicted to the mint chocolate chip. The prices are reasonable and lathe facility itself is just beautiful! I’ve been a fan of their burgers for decades so I’ll be back soon to grab a burger. Service was great, maybe due to the grand opening, but there were plenty of helpful, friendly folks helping customers.

Lunch starts at 10:30, but coming a little earlier the set me up. Food was delicious, and restaurant was very clean

I wasn’t sure on writing this review, but after analyzing what all went down that day I think I should. I came on Sunday, September 28th around 2:30-3:00pm, and I am guessing the manager who was there because of how she was yelling with authority was stressing these poor young kids. I’m not sure if she was talking smack about HER employees or about the customers. I was really excited to come in and be greeted with a nice environment, but actually stumbled upon something that should never happen. This lady seems like is not a good manager whatsoever. Neither should she be in the position she is in. Yall should do a better job at hiring better managers. It’s such a shame, I loved coming here.
