Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Good quality food like the usual Braum's. But the chicken salad had sparser chicken than usual. Burger & fries are good like expected though. This location is more spacious with more seating areas, including lots of window booths compared to other Braum's.

Great experience all great staff fresh food and cold ice cream to complete it and it’s clean!

They started doing better, I started going back more. I've noticed they are constantly hiring new people, so the odds of somebody you don't like being there is low. However, I was finally able to see the name tag of the problematic woman from a few months ago, Carrigan. She is one of the nastiest most fake people I've had the displeasure of being around. Every word out of her mouth is so passive aggressive sounding and she's always angry. She rolls her eyes at people the moment their back is turned like customers can't see it. And good luck getting a refund or a correct remake if they make your order wrong. The past three times they have messed up. It's always such a hassle. If I really want braums, I'll go to the Mansfield one. It's messier, but at least they get the food correct and do

Update Sept 4. I thought I’d give them another try. But unfortunately, I did not get the burrito I ordered. I don’t know what’s happening with this location. They used to be really good at getting your order right. This is not the California Chipotle. I’m already at work and I don’t have the time to go back and have them make it right. This is not the first time. I come here a couple times a week for breakfast. I order the #5 California chipotle no onion and a small diet Dr Pepper, it also comes with hashbrowns. I get to the window and the girl said my total was $4.46. When I asked her if it was the meal. She said let me fix it. Normally I pay $5.51. Today she charged me $6.16. Best burger and fries in a looong while. Friendly staff too. The Arlington Little Rd/Green Oaks location runs a really close second. Worth the drive. Thx for adding a great memory to our holiday! 😊🎄
