Brandy's Gyros

WE WERE REGULARS..but idk if its new management or what I cant believe this place has the audacity to serve their customers trash for $40+ Purchased a sandwich and cheese fries that was literally ice cold like it was made a week ago and put in the fridge, the bacon was smoked and extra raw.. the tomato was almost an inch thick the whole sandwich turned to mush and was inedible, the little i tried to eat made me sick to my stomach. when I called to complain I was hung up on twice. NEVER GIVING THIS PLACE ANOTHER DIME AFTER THIS!

I spent $85.00 here. Charged 2.5% service charge and 2.5% credit card charge. Forgot one of my items. Fish sandwich is not cod. The filet o-fish at mcdonalds is better than the garbage sandwich I bought here and it costs 1/2 the price. The person that ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce threw it in the trash. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they don't have one. Doesn't look like the owner cares about the garbage he serves or customer service yet charges a service charge.

Had the gyro sandwich, it might be the best one I've had in Chicago, it had a little more garlic than normal and that was great! The fries were fresh and crispy. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. There's also a parking lot which is nice.

This Brandy’s has a very friendly environment with such great employees that make you feel comfortable. Today I ordered an Italian beef because the employees told me that it’s home made and you can tell with the amazing flavor. Unlike other review’s I see here I’m so disappointed that such people are spreading lies because the Italian beef by itself is NOT SPICY. I usually add some sweet and hot peppers to give it a kick. Overall such an amazing place I definitely recommend

Overpriced food, flavorless fries, $18 for a sandwich without fries. Save your money, other more local places offer better
