Brandi’s Kitchen

We ate breakfast here on Father's Day and it was delicious. A nice restaurant run by the owner. Great cinnamon rolls and biscuits by a local baker. Fresh food. Reasonable prices. My steak was prepared very well. We enjoyed dining here with our 2 kids on the pretty flower-filled patio.

Yummy home cookin' with plenty of leftovers! Brandi does group pricing for catered dishes too... what! Community gem for sure. You can even pet Mr. Kitty the "town cat" if he likes ya. Great birthday lunch hitting memory lane with the green chili mac n cheese. I was stoked about the drink options too. Lots of local and small establishments represented at her bar. She said she'll have some Elk chili for the season! I found a new favorite!

I stopped in Brandi's Kitchen the other night looking to get some food and a drink and was i impressed! I was taken care of by the lovely bartender Amy and she tended to all of my needs even with specific modifications! You can tell she's very passionate and knowledgeable towards her craft! I have about 3 years of experience with bartending and im very picky with my drinks. Upon my first drink of my perfectly balanced cocktail, I knew I was in great hands! I would highly recommend checking out Brandi's Kitchen and ask for Amy if shes working! You will leave completely satisfied!

We were staying in Collbran for a few days and we went into town to grab a bite! Very chill and relaxing spot, nice to be there in the heart of Collbran. I love the small town vibes. They have a nice patio and inside area. We had a view of humming birds zooming in and out. Brandi was very kind and funny! She ran the whole place, taking our orders and preparing the food. The food was very tasty, everyone devoured their plates. As a vegetarian I was able to get an impossible burger with potatoes. The Mac and cheese is really good too! Great spot to check out if you come to visit ! Maybe one day we will come back!

A welcome addition to the Plateau Valley. The food is great and more variety than the local cafes. The smoked pork chops were thick and moist. Pulled pork sliders and big burrito also great. Please go there and keep them in business.
