I had a terrible experience here. I was talked down to over my form i needed. Its a form for a passport for a child in another state...One of the women literally had the audacity to make a comment about me not having my child... so unprofessional and RUDE!!!! I made a small mistake in writing the date on the form and then i was told it would be ok. I sent the form down to my sons dad and it was kicked back! There was an issue with the way it was dated leading the passport place to think it wasn't signed in front of a notary! I should have trusted my gut and walked out when i was being talked down to, or at least asked for another form when i made a mistake on the first one. These people are super nice and helpful! Recently drove 5 hours to Bradford to buy a scooter. These folks were mad the title transfer super easy! We had some issues which they helped us with. My insurance card was expired. I thought it wouldn't work out. They woman behind the desk called my insurance company and got the updated card. Even printed me out a copy. I would highly recommend using these people!

Three months ago I went to this notary to register my out-of-state plates in PA. The woman that helped me said to expect delays in the title transfer because of Covid. No big deal. Since a lot of time has passed, I called to inquire about the status. Four times. Each time I was told they would call me back with an answer. When they didn't I called again. They have no record of me being there. Nothing was done for my title transfer. I have now wasted months waiting for this inept business to do what they're there to do. Why doesn't anybody just do their job anymore?
